Patricia Hall Expands Family Law Expertise with Collaborative Divorce Training

Patricia L. Hall, a partner with WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, has completed her collaborative divorce training and joined the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, expanding her ability to assist clients with family law matters.

Hall’s practice areas now officially include collaborative divorce and family law, allowing her to provide more comprehensive support for clients navigating divorce and related issues.

In addition to her work in family law, Hall continues to contribute to the legal profession through her authorship of two chapters in the 2025 edition of Civil Appeals: State and Federal, published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. The updated edition includes important changes to the Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 39, effective Dec. 1, 2025, clarifying procedures related to costs on appeal.

In addition to providing expert legal counsel to clients navigating family law matters, she also maintains an active practice in complex state and federal civil litigation, personal injury, and appellate advocacy.
