Headquartered in Rockford, Illinois, we are in the heart of the rapidly expanding corridor between Chicago and Madison. We routinely practice in the state and federal courts of northern and central Illinois and southern Wisconsin, and often serve as local counsel in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois cases pending in Illinois circuit courts.
Mr. Williams soon formed a partnership with John McCarthy and John Kinley; an association that endured for nearly fifty years, until Mr. Williams’ death. Our founders focused on a strict adherence to the principles of service, competence, and integrity. Central to their philosophy was the belief that the firm’s attorneys not only have outstanding academic credentials, but also a commitment to leadership within the communities we serve.
A lot has changed since 1932. WilliamsMcCarthy LLP has grown to become one of the most respected firms in the region.
