Daniel Huntley Named WilliamsMcCarthy LLP’s Newest Partner

(January 20, 2020) –  WilliamsMcCarthy LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel Huntley was recently named partner. Huntley is in the transactional group, concentrating his practice in corporate law, real estate law, estate and trust law and agribusiness law. Daniel has been with WilliamsMcCarthy LLP since his graduation from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University – Bloomington in 2012. Originally from Rochelle, his clients range from multi-national corporations to local family-owned businesses to individuals.

Huntley has proven himself to be a dedicated and thoughtful attorney, both in and out of the court room. He is committed to both servicing existing regional businesses and growing new ones, dedicating time to meet with new businesses and entrepreneurs to assist them in ongoing business-legal and start-up formation issues.

Since 2016, Daniel has been selected by Leading Lawyers – one of the most trusted and respected resources to locate reputable, experienced lawyers – as an Emerging Lawyer. In 2019, he was recognized as one of the region’s 40 Leaders under 40 by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce.

Huntley is an active community volunteer, serving as volunteer attorney for Prairie State Legal Services and counsel to Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity, Ogle County Habitat for Humanity, and the Rochelle Area Community Foundation, among others. He also currently serves as the President of Severson Dells Nature Center.
