Before joining WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, Samantha served as an attorney with Schnell & Hancock, P.C. in Davenport, IA. There, she negotiated and drafted asset purchase agreements, handled business entity formation, represented clients in real estate transactions, and assisted with estate planning and trust administration.
Prior to that, Samantha served as a research assistant for Dean Kevin Washburn at the University of Iowa College of Law where she researched issues of tribal self-governance and self-determination contracts for federal land management. She also served as a summer associate at Elderkin & Pirnie in Cedar Rapids, IA focused on medical malpractice and construction cases.
