Partner Troy Haggestad was a keynote speaker during the 2016 Entré TechX Event on November 1 at Prairie Street Brewhouse in Rockford. Troy talked on the topic of data security breaches, specifically focusing on the extensive changes that will be implemented to the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act. The changes to the Act will go into effect on January 1, 2017.
