Before joining WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, Monique Langrehr served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Winnebago County, trying both bench and jury trials and drafting, filing, and arguing numerous motions. She managed a large caseload while developing a strong rapport and actively communicating with victims throughout the legal process. Prior to Winnebago County, Langrehr served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for DeKalb County, where she prosecuted general misdemeanor and felony offenses including traffic, general misdemeanor, DUI, and domestic violence offenses.
Langrehr is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), and Winnebago County Bar Association (WCBA).
Since 2017, Monique has been an active volunteer with the Northern Illinois College of Law Mentor Program, with which she dedicates time to a 1L student each year. She has strong ties to the northern Illinois community and is currently a resident of Pecatonica, Illinois.
