The law firm WilliamsMcCarthy LLP announced the recent addition of James W. Roddy. His practice will focus primarily on business and corporate law, real estate, and estate planning.
Before joining WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, Roddy worked as an extern for the in-house legal counsel at RSA, a cybersecurity company, where he focused on contract drafting and corporate matters. He also served as a summer associate at WilliamsMcCarthy LLP in 2024, gaining broad experience across both litigation and transactional practice areas.

Roddy earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. He also holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago. He is licensed to practice in Illinois.
