Adam Fleming Named President of Winnebago County Bar Association

Adam Fleming, a partner with WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, has been named President of Winnebago County Bar Association (WCBA). The announcement was made at the Winnebago County Bar Foundation’s Annual Meeting and Dinner, held June 12, 2025, at Forest Hills Country Club.

“It’s a privilege to lead an organization that plays such an important role in our legal community,” said Fleming. “I look forward to advancing the WCBA’s mission of upholding excellence in legal practice, strengthening professional collaboration, and serving the public interest.”

The WCBA supports the legal profession and the broader community through continuing legal education, collegial networking, and programs that promote the fair administration of justice.

Fleming has a long-standing commitment to both the legal profession and community service. Within the WCBA, he has previously served as Treasurer and Chair of the Estate Planning Section. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and served on the Section Council for its Corporation, Securities, and Business Law Section from 2009 to 2011. In addition, he currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Prairie State Legal Services, a nonprofit that provides free civil legal assistance to low-income individuals.

At WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, Fleming is a partner in the firm’s Estate Planning Group, where he advises clients on estate and trust law, estate administration, and business succession planning.
