John L. Shepherd, partner at WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, named 2010 Worker's Compensation Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers.

Mr. Shepherd served on the Worker’s Compensation Law Section Counsel of the Illinois State Bar Association for over seventeen years, serving as it’s chairman from 2007-2008.  He has been a partner at WilliamsMcCarthy for over thirty years, currently serving on the firm’s Board of Directors.
